Since then 3 product process enhancements in Nokia. Deep experience in Portfolio management and design for delivery chain.
Developed first Just on Time -logistics and related organization in Nokia Networks btw 1990-1994. Resposible of Sourcing, Manufacturing and Logistics integration from Nokia side during Nokia Siemens Networks merger.
Latest position Head of COO Business Excellence, responsible for corporate Product Business Units’ development activities, organizational development and corporate R&D and product creation efficiency improvements. Reporting to the corporate COO.
